The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, servicing existing business relationships, fostering growth within the branch, and overall daily operation of the branch.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or the equivalent through specialized training. Bank management experience required; three plus years preferred. Proven organizational, customer service and supervisory skills.
ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
Medford Branch - 1 opening
The qualified candidate will assist the Branch Manager with organizing and supervising the ongoing activities of the branch and staff to provide customer service in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma plus specialized courses in branch management. Three years experience within a branch supervisory position. Proven organizational, customer service and supervisory skills.
TELLER - FULL TIME

Ferry Street, Medford, Lexington Center

The qualified candidate will handle customers' financial transactions including cashing and processing checks, deposit and withdrawals. Other duties include responding to customers' inquiries, cross selling products and daily settlement of transactions.
Position Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills, be sales oriented, tactful and dependable. Previous experience in a financial institution or retail environment is preferred.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PART TIME
Ferry Street - 1 opening; Friday 3:00pm-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm
The qualified candidate will provide assistance to new and existing customers regarding the selection and opening of all Retail and Commercial deposit and investment products and services. Must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot customer service probelms and issues in order to assure customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills, be sales oriented, tactful and dependable. Previous experience in a financial institution or retail environment is preferred.
LOAN SERVICING REPRESENTATIVE
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: processing real estate tax bills on properties mortgaged by the Bank, communicating with outside sources to obtain information pertaining to processing real estate tax bills in a timely fashion to appropriate municipalities, updating all unpaid water and sewer bills, verifying direct pay tax bill accounts and reviewing accounts for interest on escrow rate. In addition, the representative will provide payoff information to borrowers or their agents, processes the monetary transactions to close the loan, release collateral to borrowers and issue refunds where appropriate and creates and maintain all automatic transfers for loans.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years of loan servicing and office experience. Must be detail oriented and demonstrate strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to utilize various types of office equipment and have general knowledge of computer, typing/ word processing and Excel.
COMMERICAL CREDIT ANALYST
The qualified candidate will gather and process information necessary to underwrite residential construction loans as well as assist in the day to day administration of the construction loan portfolio. Other duties include monitoring the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio by coordinating and/or performing annual reviews and working with loan review consultants. The qualified candidate will also assist loan officers in financial analysis, general processing, and general loan administration of new credits.
Position Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with five years experience. Financial statement analysis experience and personal computer training with knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel required. Effective communication skills; both written and verbal. Experience with residential construction lending a plus.
COMMERICAL REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER
The qualified candidate should have a minimum of five years experience in C&I, commercial real estate, and/or residential construction lending. Experience should include relationship management, credit administration, and business development.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus specialized training in lending, credit or related subjects. The preferred candidate will possess well developed analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
