Loan Production Specialist

Business Banking and Loan Center, Everett - 1 opening

The qualified candidate will have experience and knowledge in processing and underwriting mortgage loans, home equity loans and consumer loans. Also responsible for overseeing the production of documentation for such loans and works with non-sales loan processing and closing staff to ensure the timely, efficient, customer-oriented, and regulation-compliant delivery of credit services.

Position Requirements: Must possess high degree of initiative, creativity, problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude. Must have excellent communication skills, and be at ease in communicating with all levels of management and staff, as well as with customers.

Minimum three-years’ background in loan documentation and loan operations, and in various types of loans, and particularly with FNMA/FHLMC underwriting/ originating guidelines. Knowledge of RESPA and HUD a must.

Tellers - Full and Part Time

Ferry Street - 1 opening (Full Time)
East Lexington - 1 opening (Part Time): Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

The qualified candidate will be a responsible individual who will handle customers' financial transactions including cashing and processing checks, deposits and withdrawals. Other duties include responding to customers' inquiries, cross selling products and daily settlement of transactions.

Position Requirements: Excellent communication and computer skills, sales oriented, tactful and dependable individual. Previous experience in a financial institution or retail environment is preferred.
