Commercial Credit Analyst - Business Banking and Loan Center, Everett

The Commercial Credit Analyst will gather and process information necessary to underwrite commercial and construction loans as well as assist in the day to day administration of the commercial loan portfolio. Other duties include monitoring the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio by coordinating and/or performing annual reviews and working with loan review consultants. The qualified candidate will also assist loan officers in financial analysis, general processing, and general loan administration of new and existing credits.

Position Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred and 3-5 years experience in banking required.  Developed knowledge of credit, market research and financial statement analysis techniques; demonstrated ability to write professional, comprehensive and easy to understand business reviews including financial models.  Requires excellent organizational, time management and analytical decision making skills, as well as language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills, using MS Office.

Head Teller - Medford and Broadway Offices

Responsibilities include the supervision of all activities related to the daily operation of the Teller area, in addition to working closely with platform staff to promote all Bank products and services. The qualified candidate will assist tellers with product knowledge and referral techniques while maintaining a positive working environment. The individual will also oversee the delivery of efficient and courteous service, while supporting the branch business development goals by ensuring that sales referral goals are met.

Position Requirements: Prior Teller experience in a financial institution required. Organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must.
