Tyler Otfinoski, Vice President, rejoined Eagle Bank in June 2008 after spending four years working for Citizens Bank in their Regional Banking Division. Tyler is responsible for managing commercial and residential development and construction lending for the bank as well as developing new business. “I am happy to be back at Eagle Bank and look forward to offering the exceptional customer service the bank is known for. I am also excited to develop long term relationships with both new and current customers.” Tyler serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Everett. William C. Nolan, Jr., Vice President, started his Eagle Bank career in February 2010. William has been in the banking industry for over 35 years, and has wide range of experience in the commercial lending field. Most recently, William held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at Central Bank for the past 15 years. During his time at Central Bank, William was responsible for creating a formalized Business Development department which focused on soliciting new business as well as preserving the existing customer base. Ingrid Mahoney, Vice President, NMLS #463260, joined Eagle Bank in March 2010. Ingrid has over 20 years of Banking experience. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Residential Lending at Central Bank for the past 6 years. MaryAnn Greco, Loan Production Specialist, NMLS #464016, became a member of the Eagle Bank lending team in March 2010. MaryAnn has been working in the lending industry for the past 8 years, and she has an extensive background in new loan origination and underwriting. Additionally, MaryAnn has handled various types of originations such as first mortgages and home equity loans and strives to meet the individual needs of each of her customers. Angela DiGiacomo, Vice President & Business Development Officer, joined Eagle Bank in 1977 as a Branch Supervisor. She quickly ascended to Branch Manager and held that position until 1983. After spending a few years raising her family, Angela returned to the bank in 1989 and was promoted through the ranks to Branch Manager in 1996. "I have the greatest customers in the world, servicing them is my greatest reward." Angela operates out of the Broadway branch. Additionally, Angela is a member of the Malden Chamber of Commerce. Rosa DeCastro, Assistant Vice President & Business Development Officer, started with Eagle Bank over 20 years ago as a teller/customer service representative. Over the years, she has assumed additional responsibilities becoming the Assistant Branch Manager of the Broadway office in 2001, the Branch Manager of Broadway in 2006, and most recently being promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2009. Rosa is a graduate of Everett High School and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies Class of 2009. Rosa currently manages the Ferry Street branch. Gisella DiPaola, Business Development Officer, has been with Eagle Bank since August 2002. She started her career at Eagle Bank as a Teller Trainee and has progressed to Branch Manager of the Main Street Office. Gisella is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Everett. "I have great relationships with both my business customers and my deposit customers. Having worked at Eagle Bank for the past eight years, I have come to know many of our customers so well." Michelle Galbiati, Branch Manager, joined Eagle Bank in November of 2000 as a Customer Service Representative in the Lexington Office, and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in June of 2003, and Branch Manager in February of 2010. Michelle will be responsible for the daily operations of both the Lexington Center and East Lexington branches. Michelle has been working in the banking industry for the past 14 years, all of which has been in Lexington. Michelle has developed many banking relationships within the local community. Retail Sales / Real Estate

Gayle Lombardo, Vice President Retail Sales/Real Estate, started her career with Eagle Bank in February, 2009. Gayle was responsible for managing the construction of the Bank’s Business Banking and Loan Center which opened in December 2010. In her current role, Gayle manages the Bank’s facilities and real estate and is responsible for identifying new locations and markets. She is also responsible for managing business development and sales in our retail sector. Gayle brings years of experience in sales, design, construction and project management having previously been a consultant to top-tier venture capital firms and start-up companies.
