Derek Delaney, Executive Vice President, Chief Loan Officer has over 20 years' experience in banking, with specialized expertise in all facets of commercial and residential lending, including business development, credit administration, loan operations, and, since 2014, executive bank management. He oversees the Lending Division, with a specific focus on prudently growing the Bank's quality loan asset portfolio through business development with new and existing customers, businesses, communities, and organizations. Derek takes great pride in providing superior customer service and works diligently, using his exceptional knowledge of real estate markets, business operations and financial analytics, to structure lending arrangements that meet customers' needs and provide opportunities for growth and success. Michael Connelly, Senior Vice President, Commercial Team Leader, joined Eagle Bank in June, 2018. Michael brings thirty three years of experience as a commercial banker with knowledge in all areas of commercial lending. Prior to joining Eagle Bank, he served as the Chief Lending Officer at a local bank. He is a graduate of Bentley University. Michael is a lifelong resident of West Roxbury where he currently lives with his wife, and where he raised his son. He enjoys writing and coaching and has published six related sports books. Peter J. Donovan, Senior Vice President, Senior Corporate Lender, joined Eagle Bank in 2015 with over 25 years' experience in the Finance and Accounting industry. He also has more than 15 years' experience in commercial lending and currently focuses primarily on C&I lending. Peter holds a B.S. in Management from Lesley College and a M.S. in Taxation from the Golden Gate University. He also served in the U.S.M.C as a Scout Sniper. Tyler Otfinoski, Senior Vice President, Commercial/Construction Lending, began his career with Eagle Bank in 2002 as a Loan Portfolio Assistant. In 2008, he became a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and was subsequently promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President in 2016. Tyler manages the Bank's growing commercial and residential development construction portolio and enjoys being in the field with area builders and developers. Rebecca has over thirteen years of banking experience serving the needs of both commercial and construction customers. She maintains her Construction Supervisor’s License in the state of Massachusetts and has earned various certifications from the Massachusetts Banker’s Association, including completion of the Financial Studies program at Babson College in 2011.
