At Eagle Bank, the health, safety and well-being of our customers and employees is of paramount importance as we navigate our way through this challenging environment. As you are all aware, Eagle Bank and the banking industry have changed the way we operate on a day to day basis. As an essential business, I want to emphasize that the Bank is open and available to meet the needs of our customers and the communities that we serve. Although day to day banking operations may look a little different, in an effort to promote the health, safety and well-being of customers and employees, we are here to serve all your banking needs. This has not and will not change.
As a community bank, we are committed to providing our customers the highest level of customer service and building upon existing relationships and establishing new relationships. Over the past several weeks, our employees have gone above and beyond to rise up to the challenges caused by the pandemic to help meet the banking needs of our customers and communities. This is and has been one of the fundamental principles of our Bank, as enumerated in the Bank’s Mission Statement.
Founded over 131 years ago, in 1889, Eagle Bank has been side by side with its customers, through good economic times and bad. We will continue to be at your side throughout and after the challenge presented by the pandemic. We are collectively looking forward to the time when this challenge has passed, but, in the meantime, you can always trust Eagle Bank to be there as your community banking partner.
